February 4th, 2009 Meeting Details: Guest presenter and Interview Lighting Techniques

Our presenter for February 4th is local producer Greg Zonca. Greg has quite the resume and will be sharing some of his experiences with us while also doing a hands on interview lighting workshop.

GREG’S PROFILE:
Producer with 10 years of experience in videography, video & audio editing, writing, media communications, broadcast news, commercials, non-profits, music videos, documentaries, short films, internet media, lighting, and photography.

CAREER SUMMARY:
Created, produced, videotaped, and/or edited more than 1,000 video’s involving more than 100 well known celebrities, professional athletes, political figures and corporate executives over the past 10 years. Earned 4 media awards and received a special mention by Peter Jennings of ABC. Director of Photography on two short films that won “Best in Genre” in national film contests.

Greg has interviewed celebrities such as President George W. Bush, Jay Leno, Ken Burns, Christopher Martin, Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley, Bare Naked Ladies, Gov. Jennifer Granholm and many others.

It will be a great evening. Afterward, there will be time for networking and an opportunity to showcase your own work. Bring a DVD to show.

Cost: $15 for members and $30 for non-members to be paid at the door.
